I Want to Wear Your Art When I Vote!!!

This contest is just for RPS High School students! The City of Richmond's Registrar Office is having an I VOTED Sticker Design Contest. Once the top designs are chosen, the registrar's office will set up a mock election to allow RPS high school students to vote on the City's new I VOTED sticker that will be used in future elections!
